E. DUGA TITANJI, is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Cameroon. He is also a Senior Lecturer of Laws at the University of Yaoundé II – SOA. He is also formerly, the Legal Manager of Crédit Agricole du Cameroun. He also teaches at the Protestant University of Central Africa and the Catholic University of Central Africa. His academic credentials are as follows: MPA (Harvard) Ph.D. (Y’de), LL.M (London) DEA, Maîtrise, LL. B-Hons (Y’dé). He is a World Fellow of Yale University. He has authored and edited numerous articles and books.
